Suva is known for his sharp and incisive ability to assess potential and nurture talent. His corporate experience of 18 years, spans across FMCG, Pharmaceutical and Wellness industries in India and emerging markets, leading teams of more than 800 people. As a coach and a facilitator, his style is practical, grounded and outcome driven. His approach of challenging clients to examine mind-sets allows them to push boundaries and expand their view. He enables in open inquiry for change, building resilience and creating leadership impact. He is an ICF certified Coach and also certified in John Mattone’ Intelligent Leadership coaching methodology. He is trained in Transactional Analysis and Nonviolent Communication. His other certifications include Hogan, EQi, and MLEI.
Urvashi is a coach and business psychologist with experience in leading the Learning portfolio of large organizations, coaching, and therapy. She has designed the Talent framework and people development strategy for long-term growth of senior leaders in large organizations. As a coach, her style is supportive and insightful, facilitating a partnership between coach, client, and sponsor. She is known for driving coaching outcomes through her caring yet tenacious approach of holding the client in their success journey. The process builds deep insight so that clients move towards powerful impact and the organization gains an evolved leader.
Keshab is a senior HR practitioner, with an experience of over 18 years in people management and HR leadership roles in insurance, Pharma and Education. His clarity of thought and detail orientation in execution make him a very valuable HR resource. He has created HR systems from scratch for start-ups as well as established setups with more than 3500 employees. In the past three years, as a consultant, he has been solving various people related and systemic issues and impacting business in more than ten organizations across various industries. He has worked on productivity enhancement, culture building interventions and setting up HR processes.
